British Call Center in Dubai Requires:

- Sales Specialist/Customer Happiness Multiple positions available

 

1 . Native Bilingual Arabic/English Speakers with IT/Legal/Contracts Management Background

2. Europeans with English/+1 other language with Customer service/Legal/Contracts/Real Estate/Sales background

The role demand excellence in the customer happiness journey -understanding sales, marketing opportunity, conversion, service level agreements, and handling customer complaints.

This is a highly demanding role, with excellent company opportunities , benefits, and training.

You must be able to prove capability on sales/conversions, diplomacy in sales, negotiations, customer happiness, and effective communication skills.

You will be responsible to convert customer enquiry to sales conversion over the phone, inviting customer to the showroom and maintaining good customer relationships.


Role Responsibilities.

 

ü  Day to day conversion of the Call Centre Sales enquiry including implementation and development of strategy to achieve the monthly target.

ü  Ensure that a high level of quality standards is applied to correct information is obtained from the customer for the use of contracts, changes in services and renewals.

ü  Ensure campaign results set out by manager is achieved.

ü  Create sales strategies to drive market opportunities and implement details of set campaigns to meet the sales targets To ensure that the monthly sales targets are being met.

ü  Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing and new customers

 

Applicants must be:

ü  Living  in Dubai ( non-negotiable)

ü  Bachelor’s degree in business administration/ IT./Law

ü  Native Language in English/Arabic ( either/or  +plus one other language)

ü  Advanced proficiency developing relevant KPIs and conducting analysis based on learned metrics.

ü  Minimum 5+ years UAE work experience in Sales/Customer Happiness, Contracts Management or dedicated  call Center management.

ü  Customer profiling techniques & procedures.
