Branch Manager -Care at Home Services

Role :

Branch Manager required to set up a regional division in UK(Scotland) and handle all applications, policies, and operational fit outs ready for opening a large care at home service by one of the worlds largest direct employers of care at home services.

Company requires experienced and highly qualified leader who has particular and relevant experience within the following:

Scottish Care Inspectorate

PVG-Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme

Training and development of caregiving staff

Required Qualifications from a UK University.

·      Master’s in Social Work/Medical Nursing etc.

·      Cache Levels Qualifications minimum 3+ in:

Child Protection/ Vulnerable Persons/ Adult Care/Caregiving etc.

Working Experience:

Minimum 5 years Previous working experience :

Elderly Care Homes, Community Caregiving, Nursery, Children’s Homes, Social Care, Maternity Care, New-Born Caregiving, Special Needs Caregiving.)

Working Knowledge of Scotland, Government Departments, infrastructure, and commercial knowledge.

IT Literate with excellent communication skills and accuracy.

Job is based in UAE to work alongside the CEO in the set up of the UK (Scotland) operations.

Travel maybe required back and forth
