Cashier/ Teller

Job Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Receivable & PDC Management and preparation of monthly reports- Receivables & Debt
  • Manage transactions with customers using cash registers and collect payments whether in cash or credit
  • Ensuring information is on time, accurate and understandable and assist with query resolutions and resolve customer complaints, guide them, and provide relevant information
  • Assist with VAT and Tax returns and assisting with administrative tasks
  • Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets and processing invoices accurately and on time
  • Work to process and minimize debit notes, ledger maintenance and track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies


  • Bachelor’s degree in commerce or accounting with strong accounting knowledge
  • Minimum 2 years' Accounts experience
  • Confident communicator with excellent conflict resolution ability.
  • Excellent IT and Excel management skills and experience preparing receipts and invoices from the ERP.
