HR -Recruitment Agency Officer (Domestic Workers)

Objectives:

To source and attract suitable candidates for the position as full time live in domestic household . 500 required monthly.

Job Scope :

Specialist recruiters required for unique sourcing from various countries including the UAE, Lebanon, KSA(Saudi), Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and if required country of origin.

Agency officers must specialize in one of the above countries or more.

Sourcing avenues may be from social media platforms, international agency connections, training courses, and strong workforce related connections or avenues to source.

Agency officers must have ethically sound practices and ensure recruitment of multi-disciplinary domestic and household workers from their respective areas.

Strong and effective communicator

Experienced in the use of social media platforms

Capable of going the extra mile for recruitment and onboarding deadlines.
